Phase 1: Workshops with stakeholders to identify activities undertaken by iSupport program facilitators appointed by care service providers
Phase 2: Randomised controlled trial to determinate the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness
Phase 3: Translate the ‘Partnership in iSupport program’ into practice
